Who I am?

My story

Hello, I am Alicia. Graduate in International Hotel Management and specialized in the area of Marketing, multilingual and passionate about intercultural communication.

My childhood dream was to travel the world and I have done that for almost 20 years.

I have worked on 3 continents. My greatest experience was in China where I lived for more than 8 years and was responsible for marketing and communication departments for multinational hotel companies and then directed the marketing and sales area in a company in the food sector.

I loved my job, but the pace was completely incompatible with a fulfilling personal life. I understood that it was not healthy to stop living to work. It was then that I decided to leave the corporate world and become a full-time entrepreneur focusing on Marketing Consulting, as well as Translation and Interpreting.

When I returned to Europe, Network Marketing appeared in my life by surprise. After studying this new business model, I realized the great opportunity that had been presented to me and I took the risk. Today, 6 years later, I enjoy entrepreneurship, enhancing my skills and being surrounded by wonderful people.

My work consists, on the one hand, of helping companies, entities and individuals through translation and, on the other hand, of empowering the people in my team to grow both personally and professionally while generating income through digital and global platforms. In other words, leveraging the opportunity that new business platforms allow.

Every day I develop my leadership, creating a positive impact beyond borders, but this time without having to travel; or better yet, doing it flexibly when and how I want. And most importantly: I feel COMPLETED and with a LIFE IN BALANCE.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME…

Traveling soul

When I have free time, I escape to some corner of the planet to discover new landscapes or meet good friends.

I am passionate about exploring and discovering… the world has so much to offer…

Salsa and music lover

If the occasion presents itself, I enjoy social dancing. These are moments where the world stops and I enjoy both the movement and the good vibes. Nothing better to reset and meet positive people. If there is no party where I am, music is another of my great passions.

Not aspiring to become a chef

I love cooking, enjoying dishes from all over the world and sharing with friends. For me it is another way of traveling. I have to admit that my cooking classes at the Lycée were a little overtaking for me… but that knowledge allows me to enjoy it at “Petit Committee”. Of course, if there are more than 8 of us, I´ll probably make a mess in the kitchen!

TCM and martial enthusiast

My latest acquisition… these days it is easy to find me practicing QiGong (Chinese medicinal gymnastics), Taiji and Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts) or asking my instructor to teach me about Traditional Chinese Medicine. Two completely united disciplines where it is difficult to draw the line between philosophy, medicine, energy management, self-defense and sports… everything is interrelated. It is a topic that fascinates me.
